Who We Are Our team’s experience reflects a broad range of clinical and academic areas. The members of our leadership team have consulted on clinical trial design and rater training for some of the largest multinational programs to date; including trials in dementia, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. These programs have encompassed over 35 languages, thousands of raters, and hundreds of study sites worldwide.
The RBANS is a brief (25’) neurocognitive battery with alternate forms that has undergone North American standardization/norming, with subsequent translations into multiple languages and extensive clinical validation through peer-reviewed publication. It is the most commonly-used neurocognitive battery for the evaluation of dementia in North America, and has been increasingly implemented in clinical trials and clinical evaluations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Dr. Randolph is extensively-published, including peer-reviewed publications on studies of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, vascular dementia, Tourette’s syndrome, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, schizophrenia, and affective disorders. Celine Houser is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Following nine years in senior marketing positions within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, Ms. Houser spent a number of years as a global account director in medical communications with a focus on the neuroscience area. For the past four years she has managed large multinational, multi-language programs in rater training and education. Ms. Houser has resided and worked in Canada, the United States and the Netherlands and has a first-hand understanding of regional and cultural implications for clinical practice, research and education. Marla Fleming, MSN, APRN, BC is a board-certified psychiatric advanced practice nurse with over 20 years of clinical, education and management experience in psychiatry and neurology. Ms. Fleming has in-depth knowledge of site needs, having worked on more than 70 CNS studies as a coordinator, rater and a site manager. Most recently her focus has been leading large, multi- language, international rater training programs. Our team's experience reflects a broad range of clinical and academic areas.
